What to expect
- Assistance with cooking a specific station as agreed
- Assisting with à la carte service at lunchtime
- Supporting prep work for the evening service according to the kitchen management’s instructions
- Assisting with plating during dinner service
- Assistance with apprentice training / guiding apprentices at the station
Requirements

- Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus
