Our sun terrace is the perfect place to enjoy our excellent food at lunchtime - from fresh fish and seafood to juicy steaks, delicious pasta and tempting truffle dishes, accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines. In the evening, we spoil our hotel guests with an exquisite 5-course dinner menu, complemented by salads and cheese from the buffet.
Your tasks
- Culinary creations: Preparation of high quality dishes
- Teamwork: supporting the kitchen team and working closely with the head chef and sous chef
- Quality guard: Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP.
- Creative input: Developing and implementing new recipe ideas and menu creations.
- Efficiency: Organization and coordination of work processes in your area of responsibility.

Requirements
- Specialist knowledge: Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience as an entremetier or in a comparable position.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for cooking and a high degree of creativity.
- Team spirit: Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure: Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations.
- Precision: Careful and accurate way of working.
- Hygiene awareness: Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations.
