Description
From the end of November 2025, we are looking for a committed personality as a breakfast chef (m/f/d) who, together with our kitchen team, will ensure the highest quality and unforgettable culinary moments.

Requirements
- Breakfast preparation: responsibility for the preparation and presentation of a varied breakfast buffet, including hot and cold dishes.
- Salad creations: Fresh and creative preparation of salads, dressings and cold appetizers.
- Quality and freshness: Ensuring the quality and freshness of all breakfast and salad products, as well as their appealing presentation.
- Mise en Place: Preparation and organization of the work area for the breakfast service as well as the mise en place for salads and cold dishes.
- Hygiene and order: Compliance with and control of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) in the entire kitchen.
- Inventory management: Checking stock levels and assisting with ordering ingredients for breakfast and the salad area.
- Teamwork: Working closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
