Description
To strengthen our kitchen team at the family-run 4-star Hotel Inntalerhof, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie (m/f/d).
Our kitchen is known for its upscale Tyrolean cuisine, where we offer modern interpretations of traditional dishes, refined with international influences. We place the utmost importance on regional ingredients, seasonal produce, and the highest quality of products.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of a station (e.g., Entremetier, Gardemanger, or Saucier)
- Preparing and attractively plating high-quality dishes
- Ensuring smooth operations at your station
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new dishes
- Training and supporting commis de cuisine and apprentices
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring proper storage
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience
- Experience as a chef de partie or in a comparable position is a plus
- Passion for modern Tyrolean cuisine with a regional focus
- High attention to quality and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and leadership skills in a small setting
- Ability to handle pressure, flexibility, and a sense of personal responsibility

Employment & Salary
3000 € gross / month
Salary listed is for a 6-day workweek; we are willing to pay above the listed rate.
