Requirements
HOW YOU'LL SHAPE YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK WITH US
• Preparing and cooking meals under the guidance of the head chef• Assisting with the design and development of the menu• Adhering to hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines• Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen• A focus on quality and strong product knowledge• Receiving, storing, and inspecting food supplies• Cost-conscious work practices
THIS MAKES YOU A PERFECT FIT FOR US:
• Completed training as a chef or initial professional experience in a restaurant kitchen• Passion for cooking and creative ideas for dish presentation• Ability to work well in a team, resilience, and the ability to work independently• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility when handling food• Willingness to work split shifts, on weekends, and on holidays• Knowledge of standard hygiene regulations (HACCP)• Good command of German
