THE JOB

Keep track of everything. Ensure standards are met. And roll up your sleeves and pitch in. As a housekeeper, you’re the one who pulls everything together in housekeeping.

• Assign the housekeeping crew and support them in their daily work
• Check cleaned rooms and suites
• Create work schedules and organize workflows
• Lend a hand with cleaning the rooms
• Keep an eye on public areas, open-plan offices, and storage rooms
• Coordinate Laundry Care and Organization
• Ensuring our cleanliness and quality standards

THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

Experience in housekeeping is required. This role calls for organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to lead a small team in a clear and respectful manner.

• Several years of experience in housekeeping
• Experience in team leadership is a plus
• A keen eye for cleanliness and quality
• An independent and structured approach to work
• Good knowledge of German; English is a plus
• Willingness to take on responsibility and contribute to day-to-day operations
