No instant soup. Instead, genuine craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and as much in-house production as possible.

At the same time, we like systems that work. We use menu plans, clear processes, and modern kitchen technology—not to stifle creativity, but to save time in areas where no one will miss it.

We create most of our meal plans and menus as a team. Ideas don't just come from the top. And because not everyone has to be equally good at everything, we focus on each person's strengths.

THE JOB

Start early. Keep the breakfast area under control. And make sure things are already underway in the kitchen before anyone else has even had their first cup of coffee.

The focus of this position is clearly on the morning shift. After breakfast, depending on the day, the work continues with preparations and mise en place for the rest of the day’s cooking. This is usually an early shift, but may occasionally involve a split shift with support in the evening as needed.

• Prepare breakfast and organize the kitchen area on your own in the morning
• Prepare fresh egg dishes and a variety of hot breakfast items
• Prepare, supervise, and continuously restock the breakfast buffet
• Keeping an Eye on Quality and Freshness
• After breakfast, help out with production and mise en place for the evening
• Handle food carefully and reuse it wisely
• Work with the kitchen crew to further develop processes and preparations

THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

Getting up early shouldn't be a problem. After all, you get off work earlier after the early shift.

We're looking for someone who can work independently in the morning, is well-organized, and doesn't need a long to-do list to get started.

• Cooking training or equivalent kitchen experience
• An independent and structured approach to work
