Assistant Manager (m/f/d)

all year round

Österreich, Vorarlberg

Description

THIS IS HOW WE COOK.

No instant soup. Instead, genuine craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and as much in-house production as possible.

At the same time, we like systems that work. We use menu plans, clear processes, and modern kitchen technology—not to stifle creativity, but to save time in areas where no one will miss it.

We create most of our meal plans and menus as a team. Ideas don’t just come from the top. And because not everyone has to be equally good at everything, we focus on each person’s strengths.

THE JOB

Run the kitchen alongside Simon. Keep an eye on operations. Help out in the kitchen. Think ahead. And help shape a kitchen that combines craftsmanship and good organization.

  • Take over operational management of the kitchen together with Simon
  • Coordinate the kitchen staff and support them in their daily work
