Section Chef (m/f/d)

Summer / Winter Season

Österreich, Vorarlberg

Description

THIS IS HOW WE COOK.

No instant soup. Instead, genuine craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and as much in-house production as possible.

At the same time, we like systems that work. We use menu plans, clear processes, and modern kitchen technology—not to stifle creativity, but to save time in areas where no one will miss it.

We create most of our meal plans and menus together. Ideas don’t just come from the top. And because not everyone has to be equally good at everything, we focus on each person’s strengths.

THE JOB

A position of one's own. Responsibility for it. And yet, it's not a one-person show in the kitchen.

  • Organize and manage your own unit independently
  • Planning Mise en Place and Production with a Long-Term Perspective
  • Prepare dishes for set menus and à la carte service
  • Keeping an Eye on Quality and Cost of Goods Sold
  • Contribute your own ideas for dishes and menu planning
  • Work with the kitchen staff to improve and refine processes
THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

Kitchen experience and solid craftsmanship are the foundation. Beyond that, we’re interested in what comes naturally to us. Sauce? Meat? Pastry? Organization? Creative ideas? These are exactly the strengths we want to put to use.
