The STOCK resort is one of the leading 5-star superior hotels in Austria. For our housekeeping team we are looking for a committed and quality-conscious person who enjoys taking on responsibility and sharing our high standards.

Your tasks

• Checking all assigned guest rooms on arrival and departure days
• Responsibility for room release after successful inspection
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with our hotel standards
• Active participation in daily housekeeping operations as required
• Control of public areas and back-of-house zones
• Reporting damage or technical defects to the responsible department
• Close cooperation with reception and building services to optimize processes
• Supporting the governess in planning and organizing the schedule
• Assisting with the induction of new colleagues and promoting team spirit

Your profile

• Professional experience in this or a similar position in housekeeping
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene and an eye for detail
• Proactive, independent action and thinking in the interests of the hotel
• Confident, well-groomed and professional appearance
• Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
• Enjoy working with people - both as part of a team and in contact with guests
