We are expanding our team with a DEPUTY FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • You know how to provide our guests with friendly, professional, and personalized service
  • For our guests, you are the main point of contact, and you and your team ensure that all guest requests are met
  • Actively shaping the unique STOCK experience 
  • Assist the Front Office Manager and take over their duties in their absence
  • Primary point of contact for the front office team, which consists of approximately 10 employees
  • Coordinating daily tasks in the front office and ensuring compliance with established quality standards

 

Your Profile
  • An open and warm personality with a positive demeanor and a confident presence
  • Work experience in this position and this hotel category
  • A good team player with leadership qualities, who serves as a role model and is assertive 
  • Business acumen, organizational skills, and the joy of putting them into practice. 
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English; knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and, preferably, Protel)
