Location: Wedelhütte or Albergo, in the heart of the Hochzillertal ski area, Tyrol,AustriaSeason: December through April | 6-day workweek | 48 hours / seasonal position 2 boutique hotels with 5-star comfort | 26 and 16 beds, respectively | Daytime operations with high guest volume* Room and board provided during working hours

Our ski lodges are located at over 2,000 meters above sea level in the heart of the ski resort in the beautiful Zillertal— accessible exclusively by ski or snowboard. We combine alpine lodge charm with upscale service and place a high value on quality, hospitality, and warmth.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Work Experience: Ideally, experience in the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Technical and manual skills, as well as physical fitness.
- Hands-on approach: Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Driver’s license: Class B driver’s license.
- Teamwork: A sense of responsibility and the ability to work well with others.
- You’re “weatherproof”: Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Commute: For winter sports enthusiasts, the commute can be made by ski or snowboard—including first and last runs on the empty slopes.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintenance work: Assisting with manual and technical tasks in the hotel and restaurant.
- Flexible support: In various areas, including service.
- Operating snowmobiles and snowcats: To transport guest luggage, staff, and deliveries.
- Logistics and waste disposal (e.g., cardboard baler, etc.).
- Snow removal (using a snowblower and snow shovel).
- Depending on qualifications: Maintenance and repairs of winter equipment, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems, as well as locking and alarm systems.

- Top pay: Starting at €3,000 gross per month, above the collective bargaining agreement, based on qualifications.
