Your responsibilities:
- Preparing meals for our guests according to the instructions of the Chef de Cuisine or the respective position
- Independently ensuring a professional mise en place
- Responsible for ensuring optimal production workflow
- Compliance with the prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Ensuring proper handling of food and work materials
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Ambition, sociability, and motivation
- Well-groomed appearance
- Strong focus on service and quality
- Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong commitment to performance
- Team player and ability to handle stress
- Interest in pastry making
- Language skills
German
