Your tasks:
- Preparing dishes for our house guests according to the instructions of the Chef de Cuisine or the respective position
- Independently ensure a professional mise en place
- Responsible for an optimal production process
- Compliance with the prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Responsible for the proper handling of food and work materials
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Ambition, sociability and motivation
- Well-groomed appearance
- High service and quality orientation
- Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and high motivation
- Team player and stress resistance
- Interest in the patisserie
- Language skills
