Requirements
FIELD OF TASKS
- The chef works actively in the hotel kitchen and fills a position
- Organization of all necessary measures in the kitchen to ensure a flawless process
- Management responsibility towards the subordinate employees
- Ensuring the necessary quality, cleanliness and HACCP, as well as compliance with all legally prescribed hygiene measures
- Contributing creativity to the creation of high-quality dishes
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining our standards in the kitchen area
- We focus solely on our discerning hotel guests. For this reason, we do not offer an à la carte restaurant
- Constant optimization of the use of goods
REQUIREMENTS PROFILE
- Completed vocational training and/or corresponding professional experience (at least 3 years)
- High level of professional competence combined with trustworthiness, discretion and ability to cope with stress
- Take on responsibility with a strong sense of kitchen economy
- Team player, motivated, punctual, reliable
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Willingness to undergo further training
- Very good knowledge of German
- Language skills
