The role of Hotel and Hospitality Assistant offers you the perfect combination of office work, organization, and direct guest contact. From the very start, you’ll be part of the hotel team and learn step by step how a modern hotel operates—from guest services and reservations to behind-the-scenes organizational processes. You’ll be working in one of Tyrol’s most beautiful regions, where others come to vacation.

Your future after your apprenticeship

Requirements
If you have successfully completed at least your compulsory education (usually 9th grade), are at least 16 years old, enjoy working in a team and interacting with people, and are highly motivated and eager to learn, then you’ve come to the right place!
