- Educational Requirements:
- Successful completion of compulsory schooling (e.g., secondary school, middle school, or high school).
- Personal qualities:
- Interest and enthusiasm for the culinary arts and cooking.
- Willingness to learn and motivation to discover new things and develop professionally.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to handle stress and perseverance, especially during periods of high workload.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Other requirements:
- A neat appearance and polite demeanor.
- Willingness to work shifts, on weekends, and on holidays.
- Previous experience in the kitchen through internships or personal interests is a plus, but not required.
