Requirements
- School requirements:
- Successful completion of compulsory schooling (e.g. Hauptschule, Mittelschule, or Gymnasium).
- Personal qualities:
- Interest and enthusiasm for gastronomy and cooking.
- Willingness to learn and motivation to discover new things and develop further.
- Diligence and accuracy in your work.
- Ability to work under pressure and stamina, especially with a high workload.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Other requirements:
- Well-groomed appearance and polite demeanor.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Initial experience in the kitchen through internships or private interests is an advantage, but not a requirement.
