- Professional requirements:
- Completed training as a chef.
- Initial experience in the catering industry (e.g. through internships or temporary jobs).
- Basic knowledge of preparing various dishes and kitchen techniques.
- Personal skills:
- Passion for cooking and creativity in food preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, especially in stressful situations.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills:
- Structured way of working and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Other requirements:
- Well-groomed appearance and polite demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo further training and learn new things.
- Ideally basic knowledge of a foreign language (e.g. English).
