Requirements
- Cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Checking the cleanliness and functionality of the room furnishings
- Proper handling of cleaning agents, materials and equipment
- Replenishment of guest materials (e.g. toiletries, minibar, towels)
- Reporting damage, lost property or maintenance requirements to the housekeeper or housekeeping staff
- Support with laundry work or special cleaning as required
- Compliance with hygiene, environmental and safety guidelines
- Language skills
