Requirements
- Professional requirements:
- First experience in gastronomy an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of food, drinks and serving methods is desirable.
- Confident with cash register systems an advantage, training will be provided if required.
- Personal qualities:
- Friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, especially with a high volume of guests.
- Ability to work in a team and a positive charisma.
- Organizational skills:
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Language skills:
- Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level).
- Additional foreign language skills (e.g. English or French) are an advantage.
