Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and serving methods is desirable.
- Proficiency with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Personal qualities:
- Friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Strong service orientation and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Ability to handle stress and flexibility, especially during peak hours.
- Ability to work well in a team and a positive attitude.
- Organizational skills:
- A structured and independent work style.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to work shifts, on weekends, and on holidays.
- Language skills:
- Good German language skills (at least B1 level).
- Additional foreign language skills (e.g., English or French) are a plus.
