Requirements
- Station Management: You are responsible for managing a specific station (e.g., fish, meat, sides, desserts) and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, served on time, and to the satisfaction of the guests.
- Preparation and Cooking: Independently preparing and presenting dishes, both à la carte and for banquet events and buffets.
- Quality control: You monitor compliance with high standards regarding taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen assistants to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
- Assistance with menu planning: Supporting the development and creative design of seasonal and special menus.
- Ordering and Storage of Supplies: Monitoring inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the proper storage of ingredients in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Training and professional development: You share your knowledge and experience with trainees and new employees and support their professional growth.
