Requirements
• Central point of contact within the team: You’re an important part of our kitchen team and ensure that our guests are treated to delicious, freshly prepared dishes. From the very first step to the final preparation of the dishes, you’ll take care of everything that enriches our guests’ day with culinary delights.
• Organization and Management: You’ll take responsibility for preparing our dishes and ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll keep track of inventory and assist the team with ordering and storing fresh ingredients.
• Support and Collaboration: You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the kitchen as well as with other departments. Together, you’ll ensure that kitchen and service operations are perfectly coordinated so that our guests have a wonderful experience every time.
• Personal Responsibility and Professional Growth: You’ll have the opportunity to work creatively and grow in your role. We welcome your ideas and suggestions—you’ll have the chance to actively shape our daily culinary operations and take on responsibility.
What you bring to the table:
- A warm personality who enjoys working as part of a team and taking on responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of things even during stressful moments
- A passion for open communication and collaboration as equals
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a willingness to enthusiastically learn the ropes
