To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for experienced employees* for our children's hotel Die Seitenalm 4*.

YOUR TASKS

🔴Breakfast cook >> You ensure that everything runs smoothly and prepare breakfast for our 200 guests. You will work closely with our breakfast service and ensure smooth replenishment. Your main tasks include preparing the breakfast buffet, preparing fresh hot egg dishes, complying with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) and the general organization of our breakfast area.

🔴Chef de Partie/Allrounder >> You are responsible for a kitchen post and ensure quality, cleanliness and a well-coordinated production flow. The main tasks are the independent, autonomous preparation of food, organization and coordination of work processes, mise en place, compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) and appreciative and helpful cooperation with your team.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

To become part of our team, you must have the following qualifications:

📕Experience in gastronomy and practice - hotel industry with 200 guests📕Very good food knowledge and a high standard of hygiene📕Independent work and organization as instructed by the chef📕Resilience and team player

📕German at least B1 / English an advantage
