Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d)

Summer / Winter Season

Österreich, Tirol

Description

Do you like to pitch in, work neatly, and are you a true team player?

Then you've come to the right place.

At the Gaspingerhof, we place great importance on a kitchen where quality, teamwork, and mutual respect are key. To ensure that everything runs smoothly in our daily kitchen operations, we need not only skilled chefs but also reliable people behind the scenes who think proactively and pitch in.

That's why we're looking for you to join us as a kitchen assistant (m/f/d).

Here's what to expect

As a kitchen assistant, you're an important part of our kitchen team and help our chefs with daily prep and kitchen tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our kitchen team with daily prep and cooking
  • Washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing fresh food
  • Assistance with setting the table and simple kitchen tasks
  • Preparation and Provision of Ingredients and Supplies
  • Cleanliness and Organization in Your Workplace
  • Cleaning in the kitchen area
  • Treating Food with Care and Respect
  • Compliance with Our Hygiene and HACCP Standards
  • Supporting the team wherever a helping hand is needed

What You'll Bring to the Table

You don't need to have completed culinary training to work with us.

What's much more important to us is that you're reliable, willing to roll up your sleeves, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Ideally, you already have experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen—but we also warmly welcome motivated people changing careers.

You should:

  • be reliable and punctual
  • Work neatly and carefully
  • keep track of things even when things get busy
  • enjoy working as part of a team
  • Handle food responsibly
  • Bemotivated and committed

Here's what we offer you

We want you to feel like you're not just an employee here, but part of our team. That's why fair working conditions, a positive work environment, and a workplace where people enjoy working are important to us.

  • Fair and performance-based compensation —based on experience, preferably in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement
  • Regular working hours and reliable scheduling
  • Free meals during your work hours
  • Employee housing, subject to availability
  • A friendly and supportive work environment
