Section Chef (m/f/d)

Summer / Winter Season

Österreich, Tirol

Description

You love authentic cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and dishes you're proud of.

Cooking is more than just a job to you.

It's the joy of creating something special from high-quality ingredients—with passion, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

At the Gaspingerhof, we combine regional Tyrolean cuisine with international influences and offer dining of the highest culinary standard. We focus on seasonal, high-quality ingredients, many of which come directly from our region.

At our restaurant, traditional dishes have just as much a place on the menu as modern, international cuisine—what matters most to us are flavor, quality, and true culinary craftsmanship.

Here's what to expect

As a chef de partie, you'll be responsible for your own station and will work closely with our head chef and the entire kitchen team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently managing your station in the kitchen
  • Preparation of high-quality regional and international dishes
  • Preparation of fresh, seasonal, and regional products
  • Creative and appealing presentation of our dishes
  • Treating Food with Care and Respect
  • Compliance with our quality and HACCP standards
  • Contributing to the development of new dishes and menus
  • Professional collaboration within our kitchen team

What You Bring to the Table

You have completed culinary training and have already gained experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry.

You work in an organized, reliable, and independent manner, and you hold yourself to high standards when it comes to the quality of your work.

Above all, you enjoy cooking and are eager to work with regional products just as skillfully as you do with international dishes and modern creations.

Here's what we offer you

We want you to feel comfortable not only in our kitchen but also as part of our team. That’s why we offer fair working conditions, a supportive work environment, and attractive employee benefits.

  • Fair and performance-based compensation —based on qualifications and experience, preferably under a collective bargaining agreement
  • Regular working hours and reliable scheduling
  • Free meals during your work hours
  • Employee housing, subject to availability
  • A friendly and supportive work environment
  • Working as part of a professional and well-coordinated kitchen team
  • High-quality equipment and a workplace where quality takes precedence over quantity
  • Opportunities to contribute your own ideas, be creative, and grow personally
  • Working with high-quality, seasonal, and regional products
  • Attractive employee benefits at the hotel and in the region
  • A job right in the heart of Gerlos and the Zillertal Arena —where others go on vacation
