Requirements
Requirements: - completed training as a hotel specialist or commercial training - at least 3 years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry - sales affinity - good computer / IT knowledge - knowledge of Casablanca - ability to work in a team, guest orientation, leadership skills, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, communication skills - very good knowledge of German (C1/ C2) - perfect knowledge of English (B2/C1) Main tasks of the position include: - organizational and strategic team planning and management - active participation in the sales area - regular coordination with the FO and BO Manager - coordination and control of employees - training of new and supervision of existing employees - effective support in the back and front office when necessary - quality improvement measures in consultation with the management - professional handling of suggestions and complaints
