Your Responsibilities
- Operational management of the restaurant at the highest level
- Leading, coaching, and developing a young, dynamic team
- Ensuring a smooth service flow
- Active participation in service—you lead by example
- Optimizing processes and continuously refining the concept

Requirements
What you bring to the table
- Experience in fine dining, ideally in a management position
- A passion for excellent service and genuine hospitality
- A leadership mindset: you motivate, inspire, and roll up your sleeves to help out
- Organizational skills and an eye for detail
- A desire to improve things and make a real difference
