WHAT WE ENTRUST TO YOU:

Communication and teamwork

• Supporting and representing our restaurant manager in all operational and administrative tasks
• Ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant operations
• Participating in or conducting regular briefings before the start of the shift to discuss important information, special requirements or menu changes
• Working closely with our kitchen team and other departments

Looking after guests:

• Greeting and seating guests in the restaurant if necessary
• Fulfilling guest requests
• Dealing professionally with guest complaints and concerns

Beverage and food service

• Taking over a station
• Advising guests on the selection of wines and other drinks
• Serving food and drinks
• Informing guests about the ingredients, preparation and possible allergens of the food, if required

Mise en place work

• Preparing and replenishing buffets
• Setting tables

Billing and cashiering

• Reliable booking of consumptions to the guest rooms
• Cashing in consumptions if necessary

• Regular settlement of your cash register

Cleanliness and tidiness

• Clearing tables
• Cleaning restaurants and buffets in accordance with our hygiene and cleanliness standards, including sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
• Regular cleaning of drinks and coffee machines that are available to our guests throughout the day

• You already have experience in a managerial position in service in the hotel industry or in a restaurant
• You get stuck in and get everyone involved as a passionate team leader
• You are a host with heart, you enjoy dealing with people and you are passionate about pampering and inspiring guests
• You have the ability to understand and fulfill guests' wishes precisely
• You are able to deal professionally and calmly with the complaints and concerns of our guests and remain calm even in turbulent times
• You have knowledge of drinks and wine
• It is important to you that your team can rely on you
• You have the physical resilience and stamina required for service work
• You have a strong sense of hygiene and carry out cleaning work accurately and carefully
• You work independently, in a structured manner and are aware of your responsibilities
• A professional, well-groomed and authentic appearance is a matter of course for you
• You have a very good command of German and English
