Description
Join our team as a restaurant manager - starting mid-June!
As part of your new job, you will provide caring and empathetic service to guests in our 5* hotel in Oberlech am Arlberg.
The minimum wage for our service point is above the collective agreement: € 2,800 net per month for a working time of 48 hours/6 days per week.
How much higher your actual salary at Hotel Sonnenburg will be is best discussed in person.
Requirements
Your area of responsibility:
- you take all necessary measures in the service area to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- you create duty rosters and are responsible for the scheduling of your employees
- you take on management responsibility for your team and your employees and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, respectful interaction and team-oriented work
- you ensure a quality of service that meets the goals set out in the corporate strategy
- you pay attention to an optimal F & B result and make optimal use of work equipment and employees

What you bring with you:
- Experience in leading a service team
- German, English and/or other languages
- Commitment and passion for the role of host
- Team spirit, organizational talent and respectful interaction
- advanced knowledge of wine and bar
