We’re looking for you starting in mid-October 2026 or by arrangement.

To that end, we’re looking for a massage therapist who can care for our guests with expertise, intuition, and personality—and who enjoys contributing their own ideas to our wellness and activity programs.
We’d be especially pleased if you also have training or experience as a fitness trainer, yoga instructor, or in a comparable field of physical activity.
Your Responsibilities:
- You’ll perform professional massages and treatments in accordance with your training.
- You will advise and care for our guests individually and personally.
- You will independently prepare and clean up the massage and treatment area.
- You will manage our wellness and sauna area.
- Depending on your qualifications, you will perform sauna infusions.
- Depending on your training and experience, you will design fitness, functional, mobility, fascia, or yoga sessions for our guests and assist them during training sessions in our fitness area.
- You’ll coordinate treatment appointments in collaboration with our front desk.
- You enjoy contributing your own ideas and expertise to our services.
- You ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with our hygiene standards (HACCP).
- You will respond attentively and professionally to our guests’ requests.

Requirements

- You will independently prepare the massage and treatment area before and after each session.
- You will manage our wellness and sauna area.
- Depending on your qualifications, you will perform sauna infusions.
- Depending on your training and experience, you will design fitness, functional, mobility, fascia, or yoga sessions for our guests.
- You’ll assist our guests during training sessions in our fitness area.
- You’ll coordinate treatment appointments in collaboration with our front desk.
- You enjoy contributing your own ideas and expertise to our offerings.
- You ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with our hygiene standards.
- You will respond attentively and professionally to our guests’ requests.
Requirements:
- A completed vocational training program as a commercial massage therapist, medical massage therapist, therapeutic massage therapist, or a comparable recognized qualification
- Ideally, additional training as a fitness trainer, yoga instructor, or in a comparable field of physical activity
- Professional experience in the massage or wellness sector, ideally in the upscale hospitality industry
- Enjoy interacting with our guests
- Good command of German and English
- An independent and responsible work ethic
- Openness to new ideas and a willingness to contribute your knowledge
- A well-groomed appearance, discretion, and professionalism
- Team spirit and a passion for your work
