We are strengthening our team with an OFFICE EMPLOYEE WITH A FOCUS ON HR/RECRUITING (m/f/d)

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed individual who will contribute to the success of our company by taking on responsibility for recruiting and application management with enthusiasm, passion, and structure.

 

Your responsibilities
  • Joint responsibility for all recruiting and application management, including pre-selection
  • Maintenance and administration of job portals, as well as creative creation and publication of appealing job advertisements on various portals
  • Coordination and scheduling of job interviews in close consultation with the respective department heads
  • Organizing and supporting a warm and structured onboarding process for new team members
  • Administration and ongoing maintenance of our employee data
  • Participation in the further development and optimization of our HR processes and internal procedures
  • Competent contact person for our employees in all personnel matters
  • Participation in employer branding in close cooperation with the marketing department
 
Your profile 
  • Experience in recruiting and applicant management
  • Outgoing, positive, and empathetic personality with strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people and have a passion for service and teamwork
  • Structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
  • Excellent MS Office skills and confident use of digital tools
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
