We are strengthening our team with a RESTAURANT MANAGER (m/f/d) for our exclusive 5-star superior hotel.  

Location: STOCK *****s resort in Finkenberg Guest capacity: approx. 300 Number of employees: approx. 180, including 35 in the bar and restaurant area

Your responsibilities

• Management of the restaurant and bar area in our first-class 5-star S hotel
• Team leadership & motivation 
• Active wine consulting & sales 
• Creation and monitoring of seating plans and efficient duty scheduling 
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience of the highest standard
• Professional handling of guest feedback and complaints 
• Ensuring smooth operations in day-to-day business
• Organization and implementation of internal training courses 
• Compliance with HACCP quality standards on your ward
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between departments
• Supervision and training of apprentices and interns

Your profile

• Several years of experience in this position and in this hotel category
• Outstanding hosting skills & a keen sense of service excellence with in-depth wine knowledge
• Enjoy working with people & love your job
• Professional demeanor, resilience, and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and a motivating approach to working with employees
• Business thinking and action
• Well-groomed appearance
• Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
