Description
Join our front desk team as a Nighty (M/F/X)—we’d love to have you start right away! As part of your new job, you’ll be the first point of contact during the night and help ensure our guests have a wonderful vacation at our 5-star hotel in Oberlech am Arlberg.
Your responsibilities:
- You’ll be the point of contact for all of our guests’ needs during the night.
- You’ll ensure that every guest can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
- Late arrivals are right up your alley.
- Administrative tasks that have to be left for the day are your responsibility.
- The daily closing procedures and reports for the following day are in your capable hands.
Requirements
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You’re tech-savvy.
- You enjoy learning new things—because there are many processes to learn at the Sonnenburg reception desk.
- You’re a night owl.
It’s a plus if you’ve already worked at the front desk of a 5-star hotel.
