Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES … • Organizing mise en place and responsibly managing the station • Preparing and presenting salads and cold appetizers • Producing and plating high-quality menu items • Adhering to and refining recipes • Implementing HACCP hygiene guidelines and safety regulations • Managing inventory and placing orders in consultation with the head chef • Careful handling of ingredients and kitchen equipment YOUR PROFILE … • Completed vocational training as a chef • Several years of professional experience in fine dining • Confident, friendly, and well-groomed demeanor • Ability to work in a team and to think and act independently • Flexibility and resilience • Goal-oriented problem-solving and professional time management • Passion for the profession combined with a strong commitment to quality • Good command of German (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
