At Stanglwirt, around 300 guest hosts work year-round as team members of our large Stanglwirt family. Our inspiring and creative culinary team recently not only earned 98 Falstaff points, but also attaches great importance to sustainability and regionality despite all the diversity.
Our patisserie has many facets and spoils our guests in the various restaurants of the Stanglwirt: The Á la carte traditional restaurant "Stangl", the fireplace bistro with afternoon menu, the hotel restaurant with multi-course pampering menu (sometimes also buffet evening), new exciting projects, event highlights and our staff restaurant

Your area of responsibility

Co-conception and co-design of the various desserts, tarts, desserts and patisserie dishes
Preparation and arrangement of desserts at 5-star level
Creation of the mise en place
Compliance with hygiene regulations HACCP
Support of the Chef de Patisserie
Assistance with daily cleaning tasks
