We are looking for an intern to start on June 1, 2026, for the summer season. Your responsibilities during the internship will range from administrative tasks to front desk duties, guest services, and housekeeping. The internship stipend and vacation entitlement are based on the guidelines of the Chamber of Commerce and the collective bargaining agreement. Answering questions, providing advice on local attractions, events, and services, and assisting with luggage storage.
Communication:
Answering and forwarding phone calls, handling emails, and managing general correspondence.
Administration:
Maintaining guest books, updating databases, and compiling statistics.
Problem-solving:
Handling complaints, claims, and unforeseen situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
