Your tasks:

Management of the reception teamCheck-in and check-outCheck of arrivals and departures with room allocationInvoicing and deposit managementOrganization of the entire reception processProcessing of inquiries and reservationsBookings and coordination of massages in our ARIA spa and table reservations in our PURA restaurant, Zensis Stube, Q-Dinner ClubGuest support by telephone, e-mail and of course in personal discussions with our guests on site
