Requirements
-You are the first point of contact for our guests -You independently take over the check-in and check-out of our guests -You are responsible for proper accounting -You work with our reservation program Fidelio -You take over general writing tasks such as morning post, guest news, signs, etc. -You will manage a shift independently and also take partial responsibility for assigned apprentices & interns -You will receive complaints & criticism and forward them to the right place if necessary -You will actively participate in the development of new ideas and help to maintain and increase our high level of quality -You will also be responsible for compliance with our quality guidelines -You will be very willing to undergo further training
