For our lovingly managed B&B Berglift as well as the stylish Arkadia & Parkvilla apartments in the heart of Bad Hofgastein, we are looking for dedicated reinforcement -not an anonymous hotel business, but a warm environment with personal guest contact, a family atmosphere and a genuine passion for hospitality. Are you a host with heart, do you have a talent for organization and can keep an overview even in turbulent moments? Requirements

What you bring with you

Experience in reception and/or breakfast service - ideally both
Enjoy contact with people and a warm demeanor
Independent and structured way of working
Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English desirable
Knowledge of hotel software (e.g. easybooking) an advantage
Willingness to work in the morning hours

Your responsibilities

Preparing and supervising the breakfast buffet in the morning
Providing friendly guest service during breakfast
Checking guests in and out at the reception desk
Processing reservations, inquiries, and emails
Creating invoices and managing the cash register
Advising our guests on activities, excursions, and spas
General organizational tasks related to guest services
