Requirements

Education: Completed vocational training > Hotel Management

Education: At least a high school diploma

Degree: Not required

Work experience: Strongly required (in comparable departments & companies)

Professional certifications: advantageous (Foodservice Management / Complaint Management / Quality Management / Beverages / Leadership)

Computer skills: 

Basic to advanced computer skills, primarily…

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Hotelkit (preferred)

Languages: German (excellent knowledge) & English (good knowledge)
