Requirements

Education: Completed vocational training > Hotel management

School: At least secondary school leaving certificate

Studies: not required

Work experience: urgently required (in comparable departments & companies)

Specialist diplomas: advantageous (Gastro Mgmt. / Complaints Mgmt. / Quality Mgmt. / Beverages / Management)

IT skills:

Basic to advanced computer skills, mainly..

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Hotelkit (advantageous)

Languages: German (excellent knowledge) & English (good knowledge)
