Sauna Attendant (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our team with a SAUNA MASTER (m/f/d) starting November 26, 2026

Your Responsibilities

With your attentive and warm demeanor, you ensure that our spa area is always a place where guests can feel comfortable and relax. You’ll take on a variety of tasks and play an important role as part of our wellness team:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the pool and sauna facilities
• Preparation and performance of steam treatments, body scrubs, and wellness rituals
• Supervising and maintaining cleanliness throughout the sauna, pool, and sunbathing areas
• Regular restocking of beverages and snacks
• Compliance with and monitoring of quality and hygiene standards
• Monitoring and Enforcement of Pool Rules

Your Profile

Are you passionate about wellness, do you enjoy working with people, and do you take pleasure in giving our guests special moments of well-being? If so, you already meet key requirements for this position. What’s particularly important to us is:

• A sociable, guest-oriented person with a warm demeanor
• Work experience in the wellness industry and training as a sauna attendant are preferred
• Commitment, a sense of responsibility, and a love of physical work
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• A neat, professional appearance
• A positive attitude and enjoyment of interacting with guests
• Excellent knowledge of German; knowledge of English is a plus
• Swimming and lifeguard training is a plus
