What your tasks will include in the future:
- Support of the chef and colleagues
- Assistance with orders and comparison of suppliers, price and quality
- Control and inspection of the use of goods
- Support of the chef in calculation and pricing
- Staff leadership and enjoyment of teaching subject matter expertise
- smooth workflow and coordination of the à la carte and half-board business
- Maintaining a high standard and our operating philosophy through constant quality controls
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP standard
- Receipt of goods and control of quality and quantity
What we want you to do:
- Completed vocational training and relevant, several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry are an advantage - initial experience in a management position is desirable
- Creativity in the composition of dishes and their presentation
- Open-minded attitude towards new products and proposals
- Passion and interest for the processing and sourcing of regional products
- well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a team and collegiality
- Enjoyment of the job and working independently
- Flexibility and resilience
