The traditional ****Hotel Tannbergerhof is located in the heart of Lech am Arlberg. We combine alpine charm with upscale hospitality - and are looking for a dedicated chef or sous chef (m/f/d) with a passion for quality and creativity to join our kitchen team.
Your tasks:
- Independent preparation and presentation of dishes
- Supporting or deputizing for the head chef (for sous chef positions)
- Sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Support in the development of new menu concepts
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
- Creativity, passion and quality awareness
- Team spirit, personal responsibility and organizational talent
- Ability to work under pressure and enjoy your job
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in the catering or hotel industry (desirable)
- Confident handling of fresh food and modern kitchen techniques
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
- Work permit
- Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
