As deputy service manager, you and the service manager are the heart of our service team. You help organize daily service operations, keep track of everything even during busy times, and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service in every way.

You welcome our guests warmly, advise them professionally, and work with your team to ensure that everything runs smoothly—whether in the restaurant or on our sun terrace. At the same time, you are the point of contact for your international team, assist in coordinating service processes, and represent the service management in their absence.

With your flair for hospitality, your service experience, and your organizational skills, you play a key role in ensuring that our guests and employees alike feel comfortable.

• €3,750.00 gross per month + Christmas bonus and vacation pay
• 5-day week (45 hours) + digital time tracking

Your responsibilities:

• Support in managing our restaurants and looking after our guests
• Shared responsibility for personnel and deployment planning
• accurate recording and accounting
• professional complaint management
• Reception, seating, and advising our guests
• Instruction and guidance of assigned employees
• professional development of our employees
• Experience in the luxury hotel industry and in personnel management
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Motivation, enjoyment of work, and a friendly demeanor
• Independent and responsible work
• Reliability, honesty, and tolerance
• Highly service-oriented
