We are looking to expand our team with a FEMALE BAR TENDER (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Warm hospitality and expert advice for our guests
• Active participation at the bar—both in front of and behind the bar
• Professional preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as creative cocktails
• Proactive beverage recommendations and sales-oriented service
• Close collaboration with the bar's management team
• Shared responsibility for the cash inventory
• Assistance during the evening service at the restaurant
• Mise-en-place tasks
• Thorough preparation and follow-up work, including office tasks
• Compliance with all HACCP quality and hygiene standards on your ward

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the 4*/5* hotel industry in a comparable position
• A love for working with people and a genuine passion for the profession
• A team player with an open, friendly demeanor, charm, and a strong commitment to service
• Strong communication skills and a confident, stylish demeanor
• A neat, professional appearance
• A reliable, thorough, and organized approach to work
• Excellent knowledge of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
