We are expanding our team with a MARKETING ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities

• 🎨 Graphics & Design: Creation and production of graphics, advertisements, printed materials, signage, flyers, and other marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
• 🌐 Website & Online Portals: Maintenance and upkeep of our website and relevant online portals
• 🛍️ Online Store: Management and ongoing maintenance of our online store
• 🛍️ Promotional Materials & Merchandise: Organization, ordering, and production of all types of promotional materials and merchandise
• 📦 Organization: Coordinating and processing orders, as well as liaising with suppliers and production partners
• 🎪 Trade Shows & Events: Supporting the marketing team at trade shows, events, and other marketing activities
• 💡 Teamwork: Actively supporting the marketing team with ongoing projects and the implementation of creative marketing initiatives

Your Profile 

• You're creative, a good communicator, and full of ideas
• You are a team player with strong teamwork skills
• You love conveying emotions through images, video, and text
• You have experience in marketing—ideally in hotel marketing
• You have a strong hands-on approach and work in a structured and independent manner
• Ideally, you have graphic design skills and a basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• You have a good eye for design, quality, and brand image
• You're passionate about wellness, sports, enjoying life, and family—just like us!
