Breakfast Server (m/f/d)

At the Gaspingerhof****Superior in Gerlos, we want to make our guests feel welcome right from their first cup of coffee in the morning.

That's why we're looking for you to join us as a breakfast server (m/f/d) —someone who is warm, reliable, and enjoys being a host.

Your workday starts at 6:30 a.m. —even before the first guests arrive for breakfast.

You'll work with the team to prepare everything for the morning and ensure that our breakfast buffet and the restaurant area are ready for our guests on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Start work at 6:30 a.m. and set up the breakfast area on your own
• Setting up our entire breakfast buffet before breakfast service begins
• Turning on and preparing the coffee machines and other equipment
• Preparation of coffee, tea, juices, and beverage stations
• Restocking and attractively arranging the food at the buffet
• Ensure that everything is complete, clean, and ready for our guests when breakfast begins
• Setting Up and Laying the Tables
• A warm welcome and attentive service for our breakfast guests
• Attentive breakfast service, as well as coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Ongoing supervision, monitoring, and restocking of the breakfast buffet
• Clearing and cleaning the tables during and after breakfast
• Clearing Away and Tidying Up the Breakfast Buffet
• Preparing the restaurant and breakfast area for the next day
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and our quality standards
• Professional collaboration with the kitchen, dining room, and front desk

You enjoy interacting with people and love to host guests.

Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is, of course, a plus—but what matters most to us are reliability, friendliness, and a positive attitude.

You work independently and in an organized manner, and you know what needs to be done. Especially in the morning, it’s important to us that we can count on you and that everything is ready before the first guests arrive.

And one very important thing: Starting work at 6:00 or 6:30 a.m.? No problem for you.

You're up and running early in the morning and have no problem getting started early on your own. As a result, you still have plenty of the day left after your shift.
