The Hotel Das Neuhaus** in Saalbach Hinterglemm embodies alpine lifestyle, culinary excellence, and warm hospitality. Our multi-award-winning kitchen delights guests from around the world with creative menus and regional products of the highest quality.
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are seeking a Chef de Entremetier (m/f/d) starting in May 2026 to help shape our culinary signature.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent preparation and presentation of side dishes, soups, and hot appetizers
- Close collaboration with the Executive Chef and other station chefs
- Mise en place and organization of the Entremetier station
- Adherence to quality standards and creative input in menu planning
- Proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Responsibility for cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef and professional experience in the entremetier position, ideally in the upscale hotel or gastronomy sector
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of German or English
- Language skills
