Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Together with a Chef de Rang, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly at your station and that service quality is the best it can be
- During lunch service, you’ll be responsible for providing prompt beverage and food service
- During the evening service, your focus will be on providing exceptionally high-quality service. Together with a Chef de Rang, you’ll attend to guests on half-board and à la carte menus, tailoring your service to their needs and highlighting the dishes
- You handle work materials with care and in accordance with established procedures
What you bring to the table:
- Fluency in German and/or English
- Personal and warm service for our guests
- Fulfilling special requests
- Respectful interaction, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
