Servus..! at the Hotel Residenz Hochalm
To support our young, dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Chef de Rang for the 2024 summer season and also for the 2024/2025 World Cup winter.
In the HOME of LÄSSIG at 1,110 m above sea level, directly in the hiking and biking paradise in Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburger Land is our modern, regional vacation hotel of the 4 star category.
The hotel has 50 rooms & suites in six different categories, a restaurant with terrace, spa area and a hotel bar.

Requirements
Your tasks:
◾ independent work
◾ Responsibility for quality at all stations in the kitchen
◾ Mise en place according to specifications and in consultation with the kitchen management
◾ Preparation of regional dishes
◾ Monitoring the quality of the prepared and served food in terms of taste and appearance
◾ Daily check that the food is in perfect condition
◾ Compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintenance of the kitchen
◾ Participation in internal training courses
Your profile:
It would be nice if you could bring the following to the team:
◾ Professional experience in upscale gastronomy
◾ German & English skills are a must
◾ At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
◾ High motivation and commitment
◾ Independent work
What you can expect:
◾ Free board & lodging also on days off
◾ Accommodation in a single room or double room for couples
◾ 48 hour week (6 days)
◾ Free WIFI and TV
◾ a hotel right on the slopes
◾ Free use of the sauna area (at specified times)
◾ Laundry room free of charge
◾ Free ski and snowboard equipment rental (in winter)
◾ Performance-related pay above the collective agreement
◾ aliquot 13th and 14th month-end pay
