Pastry Chef (m/f/d)

The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. The employment contract begins on December 7, 2026, and is expected to run through April 7, 2027.

The services offered at the Hotel Edelweiss include the following:

• À la carte lunch on the sun terrace (starting in mid-February) or at Edelspeis
• Dinner Menu for Hotel Guests and Outside Guests
• À la carte restaurant for hotel guests and non-hotel guests
• Production for our Flexenhäusl ski lodge

Sound good? Then we have a few tasks for you:

• Independently manage your station for both of our restaurants
• Preparing meals independently
• Ensuring Mise en Place and Other Preparations
• Harmonious Leadership of the Commis de Cuisine
• Fulfilling Special Requests
• Compliance with General Quality Standards at the Hotel Edelweiss
• Knowledge of the daily changing selection

Qualification

• Relevant training as a chef or equivalent practical experience
• Basic German and a good command of English
• Active interest in the organization's overall operations
